By accessing and using the BR ESIM website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BR ESIM provides prepaid eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans for international travel. Our services allow users to purchase data packages for specific countries or regions.

3. Device Compatibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked before purchasing a plan. BR ESIM is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or installed.
  • There is a verified technical issue with the eSIM that cannot be resolved by support.

Once an eSIM is installed and activated, we generally cannot offer a refund unless there is a service failure.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

BR ESIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site.
